Wow, he has quite the hip hop/r&b stable. On top of that he now has the best young female vocalist in the country with Diana on his roster.

Oh, wow! What a great find! Diana and MamaD probably haven't released this information yet because paperwork is still going through or something. Well, I guess time will tell for this.

I doubt he would have put her on his site as a client unless it was a done deal. It's possible Diana and Mom DeGarmo didn't see the need for a formal announcement. The guy is Jermaine Dupri's father and has major industry connections. Very smart move on Diana's part, especially since she seems interested in making inroads with the urban market with her "re-invention."

This is definitely an awesome move on Diana's part. Mauldin has a ton of connections in the industry. Just read any of the articles on that site and you can see the influence he's had, especially on urban music coming out of Atlanta. This is great for Diana, who seems to want to go in a more r&b direction this time around. The picture is great. She totally fits in with the rest of his clients. I hope she keeps the hair.

Jackson used to be a record executive for that label also.... hmmmm interesting.

Jermaine Dupri also dating Janet Jackson who worked and became good friends with Paula Abdul back in the 80's.

all of this seems to have some kind of connection with the judges.
